Whether you’re a first-time exhibitor, experienced event planner or veteran show organizer, we will help provide you with the tips and tools to complete the event. We can take care of all the details, from floor plans, exhibit designs and rental, to audio-visual and themes. If you participate in multiple shows, we can manage your entire exhibit program.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and Pickup total is $90 within Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge during our regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you require delivery or pickup outside of these hours a MINIMUM 3 hours labour is charged per staff member at $46.00 per hour.
Pickup outside regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM): Minimum 3 hours per staff member.
Delivery outside regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM): Minimum 3 hours per staff member.
Rental Details
- Rental equipment pickup is from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM
- Equipment must be returned on schedule by 12:00 PM
- Please make an appointment to view equipment
