Throughout the 35 years we have been in the special events business, we’ve come to learn that there is no substitute for dialogue. In our presentation, we have tried to provide you with a comprehensive overview of our services, but they are by no means complete. We know, from experience, that your needs are unique, and we want to provide you with unparalleled, customized service.
We at Hahn Rentals realize the effort put out on your events and want to do whatever it takes to make it painless and even fun. To that end, we have a wide variety of services available to you, from the initial planning to providing services and equipment. We will devote careful attention to your project, whether it be a seminar for a few, banquets for hundreds, or an all-out trade show for thousands. We’re committed to making your event a success because when you look good, we look good.
We also have a Full Showroom and In-House Sign Shop for your show and exhibitor requirements. Show service packages for your exhibitors’ booth requirements can be custom tailored for your show. We provide you and your exhibitors with quality rental products, so that you can look your best for the duration of the event.
Delivery & Pickup
Please Note: We do not deliver rental equipment up or down stairs.
Delivery and Pickup total is $75 within Kitchener-Waterloo during our regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you require delivery or pick up outside of these hours, a $46 overtime labour charge is applicable, per person per hour (minimum 1 hour charge).
- Rental equipment pickup is from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM
- Equipment must be returned on schedule by 12:00 PM
